Suspected criminals The Darkness slate daddies-to-be Coldplay.
sean by Sean Adams December 4th, 2003
The Darkness have told American radio station KIIS that Coldplay guitarist Jon Buckland's musical ability is "inadequate".

Justin explained, "I like the songs but they have an inadequate guitarist. He wouldn't cut the mustard in Whitesnake."

And if you're into gossip, a quick trawl of the web will reveal that what seemed like a PR match made in a hi-rise boardroom (to break Coldplay in America), Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow, is actually a real relationship and that the lanky blonde is up the duff/has a bun in the oven. They're not married yet so their kid could very well be a proper 'bastard'. Expect the well-timed announcement of their marriage to coincide with the next Coldplay single/Gwyneth's next movie.

In loosely-related news, it has been revealed that Justin Hawkins was recently held at JFK airport in New York for two hours because the police were looking for a wanted criminal called Justin Hawkins. Apparently Justin bears an uncanny resemblance to the alleged criminal. However, he was on tour in the UK on July 4th when the crime took place. DiS is not sure what he was accused of doing - suggestions on a postcard...
