Limp Bizkit Pull Download Because Of Pants
afuture1 by Andrew Future May 12th, 2003
Headliners pull out of Download...

The Download Festival got a whole lot better with the news today that Limp Bizkit have pulled out of their scheduled Sunday night performance. Work on their new LP ‘Panty Sniffer’ has overrun, and will now not finish until the autumn.

Reports that said record is a "load of arse" have gone unconfirmed.

Download comes to Donington for the first time over the weekend of Saturday 31st/Sunday 1st June. It features an astounding bill of metal talent, including Deftones, Audioslave, Zwan, Marilyn Manson, as well as Incredibly Strange Wrestling, BMXing and pro skateboards. There’s other bands too, like InMe, A and wrinkly old Iron Maiden.

Download’s organisers Clear Channel claim that campers buying a weekend ticket with campsite plus, will be able to enjoy ‘running water’ and on site ‘facilities’.

Win tickets: here.

DiScuss: Bizkit fans, just how angry are you now? Will this act force you to break stuff and yuknow, rape girls or will you simply destroy another Maccy Ds? Vent!
