Dandy Warhols: Freaky New Album
sean by Sean Adams December 15th, 2002
We've found out some info about the new sex, drugs and lots of drugged-sex filled 4th Warhols album...these are rumours only tho.

Having droned and dazed their way through this summer's festivals, over-coming the stigma of being 'that band from the mobile advert', The Dandy Warhols have slipped out info about their new album which they've just finished recording.

The title appears to be 'I Am All Freaks' and the release date is March-April'ish.

Warhols fansite slabtown.net has this (unconfirmed) info about some of the apparent tracks...

Over It - Courtney describes this track as "Amazingly Soothing" as it contains the sound of eight people breathing for at least part of its structure.
Love Me Madly - "Has a very similar groove to Low Rider by War." For this track, they broke out the cowbell.
I Am Sound - This is the Ashes To Ashes clone. Courtney is very pleased with how it turned out. He also played it for Bowie, who seemed at least a bit receptive towards its closeness to his song. Due to the name of this song, it is possible that this is the track "Suffered And Sound" renamed, but no word yet on that.

That's about all we can tell you, more as we hear it.. keep checking dandywarhols.com which so far only has this limerick...

Faithful fans have little to fear
Dandy Warhols soon will be here
with mIxing nearly over
be done by mid October
a New Record's out early next year
