So, everyone is kinda surprised by how "poppy" the new Wavves record is, right? Well, perhaps not everyone, but some people. Still, it's pretty fucking good and the man knows how to write a chorus, even if some of them do sound like they could easily be the theme tune to a teen TV show. That's no bad thing, by the way.
