Rage Against the Machine have been confirmed as the headliners at next year’s Pinkpop Festival.

While the one-off announcement may immediately excite around 0.7% of the Dutch population, it’s the surely relatively imminent revelation of more dates that will excite others, abroad.

Others already confirmed – Big Day Out in Australia and New Zealand at the start of 2008.

Foo Fighters will also appear at the event, which will run from the 30th of May to the 1st of June in Landgraaf, Holland.
