I work in a kids afterschool club. A boy was choking on a bit of apple. He was going blue. It was scary. The supervisor (ie, My boss) did nothing. I gave his back a firm hit with palm of my hand-as is the guidelines for child choking etc. The child was ok in the end. Whats the first thing the Supervisor says to me...

"You've left a maark on his back-his parents are perfectly entitled to sue you for what you've done."

so i said..."i think they would prefer to have their son still alive."
