I wandered back through the board to see if there was a Australia v Croatia thread and couldn't find out, but I rarely look carefully, so excuse me if this has been repeated, but is anyone else smiling about Graham Poll's inevitable dismissal from the world cup follwing his horror show last night?

I mean he's usually an annoying "oooh look at me I'm on telly" referee at the best of times, but:

-second bookable offence for an accidental handball on the sideline
-missing mark viduka get rugby tackled in the area
-blatant punch of the ball missed in the area

AND THEN the three yellow cards fiasco.

Textbook. Perhaps they should keep him on cause along with mass-brawls, freakish owngoals and floodlight failure, horror-referee's can make a game. Unless England are playing. But Poll's English anyway so no danger there...
