I went to a birthday party in an Italian style mafia kitchenette on the weekend. They had a midget/dwarf Elvis impersonator. It was all rather David Lynnch.

My genuine questions are these:

1. What is the difference between a midget and a dwarf?
2. What is the ettiquette when speaking to someone who is that short? Ie in business meetings when talking to people the ettiquette is to get 'to their height' ie if seated, then you too must seat. What is the deal with people who come up to your knees?

I apologise if this offends any seriously short people. I genuinely would like to know the answers to these questions!
