I know this will just be me, but...

bamos [Edit] [Delete] 10:01, 25 May '06

Does anyone else get worried that they do the same things every day, and that this may lead to possible deformities and problems?

I'll explain. I always sleep on the same side. I always cross my legs by putting the right over the left. I always hold my cup of tea with same hand.

I'm worried that repeatedly doing these same things over and over again is going to have adverse effects, and that my brain will evolve and go 'Ah! He always sleeps on this side, so we will push his shoulder slightly out of joint so it's easier for him to hit the pillow' or 'Ah! He always picks his mug up with this hand, so will turn his hand into a SUPER DEFORMED CLAW so he will never need to move it again'.

Things like this worry me. I tried to sleep on the other side last night, to counteract it, but couldn't get to sleep through worry and uncomfortableness.

I'm sorry.
