another book question

nice_squirrel [Edit] [Delete] 23:40, 24 May '06

I like to think I've got pretty decent taste in books. I love reading, and get just as attached to certain authors as I do to certain bands, and look forward to their new work and stuff. I also have noticed I've got pretty similar taste to a lot of you.

However, all the books I read have been found at some point in the Waterstones 3 for 2 section. They're all well-known authors, Booker Prize winners, classic 'cult fiction', whatever. So, does the book industry work in a different way, or am I actually the book equivalent of someone who buys Keane CDs in Sainsburys?
