So, I have dyed my hair blue black, it looks cool, I am loving it lots, but seems to have infected my skin on neck/chest/back with ridiculous hive like rash from where i washed it off in the shower..

it isn't itchy just really unattractive and I don't wear high neck tops as they strangulate me so am finding it hard to cover said affliction.

Anyways, any advice of what I can smear over myself to help it clear up? I've been using various moisturisers but nothing seems to help really...
