HSBC WANK

bamos [Edit] [Delete] 21:58, 4 April '06

So I transferred money on to my credit card to buy some tickets. A harmless enough thing.

So I tried to get the tickets. 'Transaction refused'.

'But why?!' sayeth I. The money appears to be in my credit card account, so what could be the issue?

'We've identified it as an unusual transaction Mr Appleby, so we stopped it'

HANG ON ONE FUCKING MINUTE. Of COURSE it's a fucking unusual transaction! Does anyone spend £300 a week on tickets to ANNUAL festivals? EH? ANSWER ME YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE SLAG!

Jesus fucking Wept. And people get their cards stolen and have thousands of pounds rang up at brothels in Brighton or buying property in Carlisle and nothing is done, but I try ONE FUCKING THING and they stop it?!?

YE FUCKING GADS.

(I realise this is the 3,461st thread about the shitness of banking in the UK, but I needed to rant. Many thanks).
