In a shock announcement released today by label head honcho Jim Barnlove top 'indietronica' artist Pagan Wanderer Lu is to split. According to sources this is due to tension between joint songwriters the Roland D2 and MC505 grooveboxes, over a Yamaha Synth with which they have both been romantically involved.

Group member "Original 1970s Suzuki Omnichord - Mint Condition!" issued a statement saying 'The guys love each other really, this is just a hiatus while we all persue our own projects - spare some change?'.

Human group member Andy Regan - widely considered the Andrew Ridgeley of Pagan Wanderer Lu - was unavailable for comment.
