i have lost the ability

commandercool [Edit] [Delete] 14:34, 29 March '06

to listen to people at work... and not just the boring people who tell me about the article they've read in the daily mail, but also the people who i actually consider to be 'friends'.

they'll say something, i'll look at them, catch the first ten second of what they say and then the next thing i know, they're looking at me expectantly and i have to just mutter "yes i agree" or something, blush, and stare intently at my computer screen until their confused gaze is off me.

this only happens at work.... does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
