inpired by the wasp factory thread i thought ill ask for thoughts on this one...

i read it when i was 14 but i must have lost most of my braincells since....im reading at work so constantly harrassed by customers and i keep losing who said what (there aren't any quotation marks and very little narration to whoever hasn't read it). am i really getting that old and demented or do others find it hard to get into unless they're locked in a room with absolutely no distractions?
