How was your friday night?

mine was meh - the concretes were having their album release party in the basement of my building but I was too busy getting drunk at home with friends that by the time we got there everyone had moved on to the after-party so I came back home 'cos the after party was at a place I've already been to 3 times this week (plus it's on until 5 so I may go when I run out of wine)

does this make sense?
