its my step mum's birthday tomorrow, so i went shopping for a birthday card for her (yes. bad organisation). Clinton's has NO stepfamily cards. what is to be done? i ended up buying a generic birthday card (which they had a surprisingly small number of) instead.
but should i buy a "happy birthday mum" card and get a marker and write STEP on it?
surely a hell of a lot of people's parents aren't together, so "step"cards are a real market?
and why dont i just send a "mum" card? cos shes not my mum, innit.
