and got knocked out by quite possibly the worst viral infection I've ever had - it had the sensation of being constantly belly-flopped in your sleep by Andy 'The Viking' Fordham whilst maintaining a temperature slightly cooler than the core of the sun. I was confined in a hotel all weekend and had to watch telly through a feverish haze which meant watching Come Dancing on Ice or whatever and the IT Crowd, both of which made me feel and look like elderly people must feel and look as the bright light begins to open up.

Still feel ill today - has anyone else had this hideous blight recently? It also stopped me from eating, drinking and smoking - what sort of weekend is that?
