just had the job interview from hell. When i didn't freeze like a rabbit in headlights, i spent the time grasping at straws whilst the interviewers deperately tried to keep their faces straight as i crashed and burned. Badly.

And the best bit is - of course - that it was for the company i currently work for, and the interviewers were:

a) my line manager's boss
b) my line manager's best mate in the office.

so I can't even reassure myself with the fact that i never have to see these people ever again.

i'm expecting my p45 sometime soon.

make me chuckle please. ideally with stories of interview woe.

and please don't use any phrases along the lines of 'chin up' or 'i'm sure it went ok': i guarantee it didn't...
