I ordered a ticket for the Go Team at sheffield Plug, and was told to collect it from the venue. Which i duly went to do today, and the venue was closed. Being as it is the middle of the day.

So when am I meant to collect tickets? Surely i'm not expected to turn up to a club night, queue for ages and the leave with just my slip of paper?
