This really shouldn't be happening. We might have a thin squad at the minute with injuries and stuff, but with people like Emre, Shearer, Parker and Solano on the pitch we should be capable of better. For one thing, I honestly can't think of a team in the Premiership who waste more passes than Newcastle.
