Indie, Post-rock, EMO, metal, prog, pop, indie-pop?

I'd like to think that the site transcends genre, but I really haven't been interested in anything on DiS since the changeover. I dunno why this is, is it coz I'm a heavy rocker who isn't interested in too much indie?

Just wondering coz my old fave site is no longer my fave... :(
