anyone use this?

im trying to use it cutting up mp3s and sticking them together again, but whenever i move the line that represents whats being played to where i want it, it fucks off to the nearest convenient time, not where i want it.
you get me?
as in i place it, and it skips a little to be at a more reounded number. which pisses me off.
