I was walking back home across the park and a silly little dog (dunno which brand) ran past me and tripped over my foot.

This obviously angered the dog as it then jumped at me, jaws a-gaping. I was tired and grumpy (I'd normally run away) so I raised my knee to defend myself and ended up kneeing it in it's little dogface. It ran away, then out of nowhere, jumped up at me again. Once more I raised my leg in defence, this time accidentally kicking it's throat. It then ran off whimpering.

Will either of us go to hell?
