Do you have a problem with saying "yes"/"no"?

Severed799 [Edit] [Delete] 10:58, 17 March '16

Hi, do you have a problem with saying yes or no in life?

I ask because I find it pretty difficult to say "no" to stuff. This of course isn't all bad, it means I often take chances which can lead to good things, but it also means I can lose sight of priorities and boundaries which leads to less positive stuff.

I'll give the main example. I'll often go to the pub after work with some pals and colleagues, which is fine, but after a couple when I could/should call it a night, someone will inevitably say "another?" and equally as likely I'll say "aye go on". But I don't need it, and not only that I'll often prioritise that meaning I'm often later than I said would be to my partner.

Now I know there's nothing wrong with going for a drink after work, but when it becomes a repeating problem that it amounts to a bigger problem.

This *MIGHT* become an alcohol dependency thread, but for now we'll go with the initial question, do you have a problem saying yes or no to stuff where you perhaps shouldn't? Did you and you solved it? Not a problem? If so how do you control/conquer it?

Also #ssp #save space #nobants plz
