I was idly exploring the US of A one quiet afternoon at work about three years ago. I think it was California, but not near the coast. I came upon a town that looked like a utopia - every street was clean and new looking and the buildings had lots of arches and colonnade areas. There was nobody around, and the street view photography looked like it was taken at twilight. There was a small cinema. I think I remember reading upon investigation they had a small film festival every year.

Outside the town were picturesque mountains and hills, maybe some vineyards. You could see the hills from anywhere in the town.

It looked like a perfect town and I remember thinkng I must somehow move and live there. I've never been able to find it again since.
