You get into a cab at a taxi rank and begin your journey. At some point the driver makes a call on their mobile while driving - no hands free set or anything, he puts it up to his ear, has a chat, etc. He finishes the call. Not long after, you hear a siren and see a blue flashing light behind you. The cab pulls over, a copper comes up and tells the driver he saw him using his phone while driving. The driver said he wasn't using it. The copper turns to you in the back and asks if he was on his phone or not. WHAT DO YOU SAY?
