Got a ridiculously huge vein in my leg that gets really big and protuberant sometimes - if I have a hot bath it actually huts quite a lot when I get out. Hurts at random the rest of the time, too. What's that? Also, my hands and feet are numb and tingly a lot of the time at the moment, too, and I keep having night sweats. Sometimes get so tired I have to go to bed at like half 8 even if I've not done much in the way of physical activity that day. What's happening?

Got a doctor's appointment to talk to them about it, but figured I'd ask you all first as part of my strategy of talking about it all the time so I can't think about anything else.
