My contract with this employer ends today and I'm quite pleased about it. This means I get to spend Christmas with all my friends, which is something I haven't done in years as I've always been working.

Also, it's a necessary kick up the arse to spur me into looking for new and better jobs. I can't stay in this contractual merry-go-round forever.
