bought something off Amazon a couple weeks ago. It was only when it arrived that I realised I had been charged shipping, despite doing super saver delivery.

had never dealt with Amazon customer services before, but man..it was a very pleasant experience. opened up a generic complaint, got a call back within 3 minutes and £3.99 reimbursed without any hassle. they even emailed to confirm what they were doing.

decent all round experience. would complain again.

so yeah...stuff like that.
