(Following on from PN's lost phone thread)

I lose stuff all the time, but I've successfully recovered a lot of it, including:

- a watch (a fellow rail passenger had seen it fall off my wrist, picked it up, and held on to it until he saw me again. Heartwarming);
- a phone (multiple times)
- a camera (left at the student union after an end-of-term party. The security guard took a selfie with it - one of those pre-Instagram selfies where the taker hadn't figured out camera angles and had given prominence to his neck and chin).
