There's just no way that food really needs to spin round in a science oven, but since we enjoy seeing our food rotate in a plastic box... it spins around

The plate in mine's been knackered for years so the food doesn't spin round, not even slightly. Know what though? It only bloody cooks in there anyway - you don't see a real oven pissing around with this sort of thing - bullshit for show
