I'm a terrible cook. Never really made a proper meal from scratch, tend to eat out a couple of times a week, couple o' takeaways, other times just cereal or sandwiches. Been trying to cook on a very basic level of late. Anyone can make good pasta, right? Wrong. Soke of mine have been horrific, but accidentally made a very simple but tasty pasta when pissed, just spaghetti, garlic olive oil, one other ingredient i can't remember, bit of parmesan, lovely. Been failing at trying to recreate it since.

Anyway, think i'm settled on a niceish pasta now, it's just wholemeal spaghetti with a very slow cooked blend of olive oil, garlic paste, red chillis, spring onions, cherry tomatoes, chorizo, parmesan flakes and black pepper. I like it, but it's probably bang average.

Was hoping for some other pasta ideas that even someone who struggles to poach an egg might manage.
