Obviously I'm a fully paid up member of the spice warriors so most stuff that it says is spicy is nit shit to me. But then I just had some jalapeno houmous which I heavily ladled into my wrap and it's blown my fucking tits off. Not what I wanted at lunchtime.

So it works both ways, I don't want to be over promised and I don't want to be under promised.

Doesn't have to be the scoville scale, just has to work.
