i saw someone on my fb timeline whining about legislation being brought in to outlaw cycling with headphones on. they compared it to driving with the radio on or the window up. my initial reaction was 'what a ridiculous comparison'. but apparently some people seemed to be somewhat in agreement. i was wondering if the good people of Drowned In Sound had a take on this.
