Let's solve some fucking conundrums.

People are complaining that the hallway outside our office smells of dog shit and/or vomit.

So, to my mind this means that either someone smelled dog shit and threw up as a consequence OR a dog came in, smelled the vomit and did a shit to try and cover it up.
