If every person in the UK was in charge of one topiary bush. Well we would have 64 million of them and we would be fucking brilliant at topiary, easily among the best in the world. Imagine seeing nicely shaped bushes wherever you went. Everyone would be much more chilled out and we would get on better as we all would have a common interest. Some people would be incapable of topiary but then the most able could help those people to have whatever topiary they desired.
