"Authorities reported a chemical spill around midday Oct. 22 on Downham Road in Ely, Cambridgeshire, near the intersection with Cambridge Road. Police are advising residents to remain indoors with doors and windows closed until further notice. Avoid the area until authorities have given the all-clear."
