One of the stalls in the local bogs (HA HA, THE FENS etc) has a toilet roll holder (adequately provisioned currently).

There are also two loose toilet rolls. In the last 24 hours, one of these has been sighted (by me):

(a) over the toilet handle
(b) on the floor (stood up) to the side of the toilet
(c) back on top of the toilet
(d) over the toilet handle again.

explanations???
