Ok, so you won't be buying the place, but who could expect to own such a choice bit of real estate. I trust Clapham is ok and you are comfortable with a house-share? They want a lively type who doesn't just want to sit in their room all the time, from what you've said on here you seem like a sociable person so that wouldn't seem to be an issue. The property comes with a half open box of Daz and some coats too, so you won't need to supply that yourself. I also presume, like most people, that you like big green box by your head while you sleep?
