I do, I think. Never off sick from work but always if I get ill, it's on holiday!! Not even talking about holidays abroad, just anywhere!!
It isn't because of some stupid theory like your body relaxes after work stress or something and you chakras get put out like lots of people say. It's probably because of some evil, malevolent God.
