yeesh it's a nightmare in that thread. let's keep it going in here.

- someone to find, view and sort out all the paperwork for a rental property on your behalf.

- people to come and pack your whole house up from scratch and move everything to a new property. they can't get their heads around "from scratch", keep asking "how many boxes in total will need to be packed?" which fairly misunderstands the scale of the task I feel.
