Anyone ever suffered from this? I've been having fairly major sugar crashes for the last couple of weeks (sweating, dizzy spells, anxiety, pins and needles, blurred vision) and last night woke up at 2am with a really bad case that really shitted me up. Am waiting on the results of a blood test, but does anyone have any tips on how to deal with it? Can it be got rid of? Would ideally like to continue drinking booze and caffeine in the future.
