How are you all doing this morning?

Banal ------ ate some porridge in preparation for a run but it sent me back to sleep. I have run now but feel a bit weird. Got to go get all the official moving out stuff done and hand over keys and that and then going to SILO for late breakfast with an ex-girlfriend for some reason. If the food's half as good as dinner was the other week it's going to be fucking brilliant (http://silobrighton.com if you're interested). Heading to that London after to see my sister before she moves to Belfast (?) for a while. Other sister is buying a houseboat so hopefully will get to see that too. It's in Clapton. Is Clapton nice?
