1. Just now, someone asked me to replace a document on the website with a new doc they had sent over. I did it and then they sent another email asking me why I had uploaded a Word version instead of an PDF. Um because you sent me a Word version you plank and at no point did you mention it had to be a pdf!

2. Yesterday, our web developers sent some instructions for creating a specific type of page. In the instructions it said to create the page on the demo site not the live site. I created the page on the demo site and asked them to push it to the live site, they came back saying they cannot push pages from demo to live. WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO CREATE IT ON DEMO THEN YOU BUMBISCUITS,

My boss was cc'd in on both of these communications and now I feel stupid.
