Using a teaspoon makes me feel like a toddler, but a tablespoon clears out the tub in two goes, so you might as well just down it. Suggestions?

Also open to other problematic foods, cutlery wise, e.g. is it acceptable to eat ramen using the spoon+fork method more often applicable to spaghetti
