Really sorry about that. It's taken a few days for w00t (our ad agency) to track down who was programme them (the Dettol and Cilit Bang one some of you got with audio turned on?!)

Just got this confirmation: "Just to let you know we worked our which partner was at fault here and they have tracked down the offending buyer and blocked them so we shouldn’t be seeing any more audio on ads on the site."
