I'm now nine months into a dispute with our lettings agent, where every so often they'll accuse us of not paying our rent and then we establish that it was paid in full and on time with the correct details, same as every other month.

Current status: escalating it to the property ombudsman (grounds: harassment) and sending all the correspondence to our landlady so she can see where her agency fees are going. And also to be a bit of a dick.
