so, I've started rewatching season three of Louie. Man, I'd forgotten how depressing some of the episodes are.

first couple are quite funny, then BAM! shit got serious. that episode when he dates that woman from the bookshop is horrible, watching her mentally unravel over the course of the episode. really sad.

don't get me wrong, I love the fact that he's willing to tackle difficult issues, it just sometimes throw you out when you're expecting something funny. or something.

that episode with the dolls head is right up there with some of the best stuff ever.

got s05 all lined up. will prob binge watch over the weekend.
