Do the bosses of youtube think that their comment system is good/productive/promotes a positive view of their company?

seems mental that one of the biggest companies in the world is happy to have literally every kind of -ism on every page on their site. It must be the biggest platform for music videos in the world, do none of the record companies care? ditto film trailers, video games etc etc
